Ordering and Payment

What is your change/cancellation policy?

We will be happy to help you change your color, size, picture, or cancel/refund the order - just email us as soon as possible with your order number, and your desired changes. Changes/cancellations to orders will only be accepted before an order is put into production.

For Made-to-Order Personalized Products, we may not be able to cancel or change your order once your items have been put into production. This would mean that the designing and shaping has started. To cancel or change it, would mean a charge of 30% product price as customization fee per item, because the item is made to order and can no longer be sold as new.

If you need to change your shipping address, we can help right up until the order is shipped. Please send us a message below with the current shipping address on file and the address that you would like to change it to.

Shipping Questions

How long does it take to receive my order?

Typically, it takes about 5-7 business days for our items to be produced and sent out. Once shipped, USPS will deliver continental US orders in 5-10 business days. Shipping is currently available only to US, AU, UK, CA and other 35+ countries address as of the moment and delivery time is around 8-15 working days.

 

Can I change the destiny country of my order?

Before your order shipped out, you may change it, please email us as soon as you can.

• If your personalized product was remade, your order might be delayed. Only those items that passed the quality inspection process can be sent out, with our standards and aim to supply you a perfect gift. 
• At this time, we do not ship to APO/FPO addresses or college dorms. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico may exceed normal delivery time.
• Expedited shipping is not offered to P.O. Box shipping addresses.
• We do not offer overnight shipping.
